American Beauty LLC requests a card on file and a 50% deposit (Cash or card over phone) for appointments exceeding 2.5 hours. Online gift card purchases can be made to reserve an appointment as well. Gloss Genius does not allow your card to be charged, unless a fee is warranted. American Beauty LLC will not sell, charge, or use your payment for anything without your acceptance of the listed policies below. For the online gift certificate option, please consult with Stephanie for an estimate of your total. To purchase, go to the "ABOUT" page on www.SugarMag.GlossGenius.com. At the top, select the hyperlink "gift cards available here". Select the amount, complete the form & submit your payment. When you finish your next appointment, the balance will be deducted at checkout. Gift certificates must be redeemed in FULL within 1 year of the purchase date or the balance is forfeited. ✨BOOKING SOFTWARE ✨ A text message at time of reservation, 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment is sent to the mobile number on file. Please click the link in the reminder text to confirm. Appointments must include the appropriate add-on services to ensure the proper time is reserved. (Common Add-on’s - gel polish, nail art, nail repair, toning, deep conditioning etc) ✨POLICIES✨ *If you've booked the appointment by text or phone call, your card may not be on file. If so, you agree to being sent an invoice by email/text/mail if a cancellation fee is warranted. *Cancellation requests within 24 hours of the booked appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. Fee's are waived for rescheduled appointments 1 time. At the 2nd reschedule for the same appointment, 50% of the total is due. *More than 3 late reschedules/cancellations in a 6 month time period and all future appointment requests will be declined. Cancellation requests must be made in writing or by phone. If the card on file is declined, all future requests will be declined. *No call-No show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service. If a re-book request is made, a 50% deposit of the total is due before the appointment is approved (cash or card only). This deposit will be deducted from the service fee. If that appointment is altered, canceled or no-showed again, all future appointment requests will be declined. *All prices and services offered are subject to change without notice. Please request a final quote to ensure accurate pricing and appointment time estimate. *Consultations are required for all color services. A 50% deposit is required for color corrections, double process vivid colors and services reserving more than 2.5 hours. The deposit will be deducted from your total during checkout. If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or “no-showed” the deposit will be forfeited. If the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours, it must be rescheduled within 7 days of the original, or the deposit will be forfeited. *Salon services are 20% investment & 80% home care. Proper products, care and maintenance will be discussed during your service. American Beauty LLC does not guarantee color longevity or the health of nails, hair or skin - if recommended products/care is not implemented. Retail products are available through American Beauty LLC and will guarantee the integrity of your hair, skin and nails. If the product or tool is not readily available, needed supplies will be ordered for you. Products used/purchased through other retail sites, online stores or locations may be counterfeit, diluted or expired and will void the guarantee of your service. *If you have more than a small/normal amount of lifting or broken nail enhancements before your appointment, please inform me as soon as possible. (Each full nail repair or replacement can potentially take 10 minutes a piece - more than 3 can greatly affect guests reservations). Nail art is variable in price, ability and products on hand - please send photos or discuss desired art so the appropriate time can be reserved. ✨ WELLNESS AND HEALTH✨ The safety & comfort of guests is my top priority. As such, American Beauty LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if they pose a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness (such as a new, continuous cough or a fever), or rude/ obnoxious behavior. ✨REFUNDS✨ Once a service is completed, refunds will not be granted. Re-do requests and discrepancies must be addressed within 48 hours of the completed service. ✨UNDER 18 SERVICES✨ American Beauty LLC will not provide any service to minors under 18 without parental consent or supervision. A waiver signed by a guardian or parent will be required for nail enhancements or waxing (16+), hair color, gel polish or any other chemical process. Please understand these policies are in place to remain open for business. As a small business owner, I genuinely thank you for agreeing and understanding these policies. As a fellow human being, I know urgent matters arise, and I will always be considerate of your circumstances. To show my appreciation of your time and choosing American Beauty LLC - if any cancellation/reschedule occurs on my end, within 24 hours of your appointment, a 25% credit will be applied to your total re-booked service(s). This credit will be applied at checkout.
